Web fads. No idea what I mean exactly? Look at this list (with my comments) from Cnet.

4. Dancing Baby - Many an e-mail with this in it.
5. Hot or Not - Still going strong (google maps hack integrates it.)
6. Friendster - I thought this was a great idea that could be used for more than meeting new people. The idea has sprung up in other programs, like Xfire, where you can see friends of friends.
7. Ellen Feiss - My favorite version was the Dark Side Switch...
8. Star Wars Kid - Good times...
9. Blogger - I have never heard of this service...I wonder what it does.
